Casual Waiter/Waitress (On-Call)

Our client is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable Casual Waiters/Waitresses (On-Call) to join an on-call staff pool supporting events, functions, and various venues as needed. Successful candidates will be contacted when shifts become available and may accept assignments based on their availability. The role involves taking customer orders and serving food and beverages professionally, setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service, delivering attentive and friendly customer service, handling basic cash and POS transactions where required, and communicating effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and can remain composed during busy service periods.

Must be 18 years or older. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Previous waitering or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory. Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused. Able to remain composed and work efficiently during busy service periods.
