Immunization Specialist
Job Description
The incumbent provides technical guidance and operational support throughout the programming process to facilitate the achievement of concrete and sustainable results, according to plans, allocation, results based-management approaches and methodology (RBM), organizational Strategic Plans and goals, standards of performance, and accountability framework ensuring immunization contributes to stronger PHC, resilient health systems, and improved health outcomes. Key function, accountabilities and related duties/tasks: - Programme development and planning - Programme management, monitoring and delivery of results - Technical support and thought leadership - Advocacy, networking and partnership building - Innovation, knowledge management and capacity building
Requirements
Master's degree in Public Health or related field; At least 8 years of relevant work experience; Strong experience in Immunization and Health Systems; Fluency in English; Supervisory skills
