• Full Form 5 / Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent. • Diploma/Degree in Midwifery. • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ). • PMTCT training certification. • HIV Testing and Counselling certification. • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in maternal and child health or HIV care services. • Ability to maintain accurate patient records and write reports. • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families in local languages and English. • Strong counselling and interpersonal skills, clinical assessment and decision-making abilities. • Computer literacy for data management. • Cultural sensitivity and empathy.
