Key Responsibilities ⢠Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. ⢠Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance management. ⢠Manage attendance, leave, contracts, and employee documentation. ⢠Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate employee information. ⢠Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies. ⢠Coordinate staff training, performance management, and employee development. ⢠Support HR matters relating to drivers, conductors, operations and other transport staff. ⢠Maintain accurate and confidential HR records. ⢠Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant workforce information. Requirements ⢠Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ⢠At least 2ā3 years' HR experience, preferably within transport, logistics, or a related industry. ⢠Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR practices. ⢠Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. ⢠Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
