Partnerships and Fundraising Officer

The Partnerships and Fundraising Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with international donors, foundations, and corporate entities to secure funding for MYCP's programs. The role involves designing and implementing fundraising campaigns, writing compelling grant proposals, and managing donor relationships to ensure sustainable financial support for initiatives focused on migration, youth, and children's rights. The officer will also coordinate with program teams to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities and report on donor engagement metrics. This position requires strong networking skills, experience in grant writing, and a deep understanding of international development funding mechanisms.

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fundraising, partnerships, or a related field; proven track record of securing grants from international donors; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset); demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships; experience in proposal writing and donor reporting; familiarity with fundraising software and CRM tools; strong analytical and project management skills.
