IT Officer

The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, and network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to staff, designing marketing and communication materials using graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, and implementing robust data security measures to protect company information and systems. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital workflows, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and industry standards. The IT Officer will also play a critical role in maintaining the company's digital assets and supporting the marketing team in creating visually compelling content.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Experience in graphic design with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and network administration; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision; Excellent communication skills for liaising with non-technical staff.
