• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field • Minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality industry • Experience in a hotel, resort, or spa environment will be an added advantage • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask while maintaining • accuracy and professionalism • The ideal candidate should be welcoming. organised, confident, well-groomed, professional, and passionate about guest service in a busy hospitality environment. • Welcome guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries efficiently • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and feedback • Escalate guest issues where necessary for timely resolution • Answer telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels professionally • Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, spa, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences • Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and reservation details • Process payments, issue receipts, and prepare daily front office reports • Provide information about resort facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times
