We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Service Officer Location: Egbeda, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support the daily operations of a pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Attend customers' enquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance. Assist customers with general pharmacy product enquiries and direct clinical questions to the Pharmacist where necessary. Support community management by engaging customers and responding to comments, messages, and enquiries across social media platforms. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and online communities. Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience. Assist with order processing, product enquiries, and customer follow-ups. Requirements OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 1-3 years experience as a customer service officer within pharmaceutical environment Experience with community management and social media customer engagement.
