Job Description
Maji Uzima is a new water refilling station located in the heart of Westlands, Kenya. We specialize in providing clean, affordable, and safe drinking water to the surrounding communities through our modern water vending station. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Water Vending Attendant to join our team. Job descriptions & requirements: - Refilling purified water for customers promptly. - Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all clients. - Assisting in upselling and promoting other company services/products when applicable. - Recording daily sales and reporting to management. - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the water refill station. - Checking and reporting any equipment issues or maintenance needs. - Opening and closing the shop responsibly and ensuring safety and stock security.
Requirements
No formal education required; basic numeracy and literacy skills; previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage; ability to operate vending machines and handle cash transactions; strong communication skills in English and Swahili; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
