Job Description
Teach Amharic language and literature to students in a culturally immersive environment at Zoma Museum PLC. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Ethiopian national curriculum. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students on their language proficiency. Organize cultural activities and language immersion programs to enhance learning. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate language learning with museum-based educational programs. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Amharic Language or Education; minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Amharic; fluency in Amharic and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop engaging lesson plans; familiarity with Ethiopian cultural studies is a plus.
