Senior Manager, HRBP

Leading AAA Growers, a leading avocado export company, we are seeking a Head of Accounts Payable to oversee all financial obligations and ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors. The role involves managing a team of accounts payable staff, processing high volumes of invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Head of Accounts Payable will work closely with the Finance Director to optimize cash flow, implement efficient payment systems, and maintain accurate financial records. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience in accounts payable management within the agricultural or export sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage; Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role; Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax regulations and financial compliance; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Fluency in English; Experience in the agricultural or export industry is preferred.
