Develop a national policy, strategy, and implementation plan for Out-of-School Children (OOSC) in Nigeria. Engage stakeholders, conduct research, and draft policy documents to address barriers to education access.
Requirements
Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in education policy, strategy development, or related fields. Experience in Nigeria or West Africa is highly desirable.
