• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experiencein logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation processes • Familiarity with shipping documentation, and customs clearance procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skill • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills • Planning and coordinating transportation of goods both local and international. • Ensuring timely delivery and dispatch • Preparing shipping and delivery documents • Maintain logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, DMCs, reports) • Coordinating with transport and clearing companies • Monitoring logistics costs and improving efficiency
