Global Learning Lead, Fellowship Programs
Job Description
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global fellowship programs focused on learning and development. The Global Learning Lead will oversee the creation of curriculum, mentorship frameworks, and assessment tools to ensure high-quality learning outcomes for fellows. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align fellowship objectives with organizational goals, recruiting and onboarding fellows, and monitoring program progress through regular evaluations. The position requires strong leadership in educational program management, experience with virtual learning platforms, and a passion for fostering inclusive and impactful learning experiences across diverse cultural contexts.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, education, or international development; proven track record in designing and implementing fellowship or scholarship programs; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent cross-cultural communication abilities; experience working with global teams; proficiency in program evaluation and impact assessment; ability to develop and deliver training content; fluency in English (additional languages are a plus); bachelor's degree in education, international relations, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
