• The Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, operating, and being involved in the maintenance schedules of pumps used. • Job Specific Competencies (knowledge/ skills required for job success) Sound knowledge of the principles of a mining operation. • Knowledge of engineering and planning techniques as they apply to open-cast mine operations In depth knowledge regarding pump internals and the operation of pumps as well as fault-finding and in-field repairs. • Demonstrable knowledge of diesel engine operation as well as in-depth fault finding and in-field repair competence. • years of experience performing the same or related areas) A minimum of 3 years’ direct experience in technical and/or operational roles within a mining environment. • Qualifications (Academic/ technical and or professional qualification required for the job) Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Mine Engineering field.
