• Identify vulnerable children and child protection cases through outreach, referrals, and community-based mechanisms. • Register cases in accordance with case management procedures and confidentiality standards. • Ensure informed consent is obtained prior to service provision. • Conduct comprehensive case management including assessment, case planning, implementation, follow-up, and case closure. • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the child and caregiver where appropriate. • Monitor progress and update case plans regularly. • Ensure timely referrals to appropriate services including psychosocial support, health services, legal aid, education, and shelter. • Follow up on referrals to ensure services are accessed and delivered effectively. • Maintain updated referral pathways and service mapping. • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Development Studies, or related field. • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in child protection or humanitarian protection programming. • Demonstrated experience in case management and community-based protection approaches. • Experience working in refugee or emergency settings is an added advantage. • Knowledge of CPIMS+ or similar case management systems is desirable. • Strong understanding of child rights and child protection principles.
