• Identify and develop new business opportunities • Prospect, engage and follow up potential clients • Build and maintain strong corporate relationships • Understand client challenges and match them with appropriate Kebarick solutions • Present company services and solutions confidently to prospective clients • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and other business-development materials • Manage leads and opportunities from first contact through to conversion • Support client meetings, pitches, demonstrations and negotiations • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities • Conduct market research and identify emerging sectors, organisations and partnership opportunities • Work closely with consulting, healthcare and technology teams to develop practical client solutions • Support achievement of business-development and revenue-growth targets • Are confident approaching and engaging decision-makers • Can communicate ideas clearly and persuasively • Are commercially minded and naturally alert to new opportunities
