Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required; Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role; Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ethiopian tax regulations; Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP); Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong leadership and team management abilities; Fluency in English and Amharic.
