Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Bellazuri Cosmetics, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality, locally manufactured cosmetic products. Your primary duties will include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing and production teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences, ensuring our product offerings align with market demands. The role involves regular travel within Kampala and surrounding regions to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in promotional events. You will also be expected to meet monthly sales targets and report on performance metrics to the sales manager. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG and cosmetics or beauty company. Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (Diploma accepted with solid experience). Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Skilled in field sales, retail distribution, and account management. Experienced in both modern and general trade channels (supermarkets, salons, and retailers). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Well-groomed, confident, and able to represent a premium beauty brand professionally. Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends. Fluent in English and local languages. Flexible working during promotions, activations, and weekend events
