• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to standard operating procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. • Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, elevators, and other public spaces. • Restock guest room amenities and supplies (soap, shampoo, towels, stationery). Report low inventory levels to the supervisor. • Report and record any lost and found items immediately to the housekeeping office. • Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms (e.g., broken fixtures, faulty lights) to the engineering department. • Respond to guest requests for extra amenities (e.g., pillows, blankets, cribs) in a timely and courteous manner. • Manage the collection and distribution of soiled and clean linens. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and sanitation standards. • Ability to handle laundry equipment. • Strong attention to detail, physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and a reliable, punctual nature. • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
