• • Capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content (photography and videography) in real time to support internal and external communications. • • Developing and produce engaging multimedia content aligned with Airtel brand standards and messaging. • • Documenting CSR initiatives and stakeholder engagements to support visibility, reporting, and compliance. • • Providing on-site photography, videography, and logistical support during events, campaigns, and leadership engagements. • • Ensuring professional content quality through effective equipment setup, lighting, audio, and coordination with stakeholders. • • Producing content in-house to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain consistent brand identity and organized media archives. • • Certificate (Diploma or Degree preferred), Communications, Photography, Videography, or related field • • Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools • • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital media trends • • Exceptional ability to build and sustain positive relationships internally and externally • • At least 3 – 5years in photography, videography, or multimedia content production • • Telecommunications background is an added advantage • • Strong creativity and attention to detail • • Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver real-time outputs • • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
