Social Policy Specialist

The Content Management Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the development, curation, and management of high-quality digital content for the Bebbo Parenting Programme under UNICEF's Global Programme Division. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with early childhood development (ECD) best practices and UNICEF's strategic priorities. The consultant will manage content lifecycle from creation to publication, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility across multiple platforms. Additionally, the role includes monitoring content performance, gathering user feedback, and making iterative improvements to enhance engagement and impact. The consultant will also support the integration of new technologies and tools to streamline content delivery and enhance user experience.

Advanced degree (Master's preferred) in Communications, Journalism, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; minimum 5 years of professional experience in content management, digital media, or related roles; demonstrated expertise in developing content for early childhood development programs; strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment; proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with child rights and development frameworks is highly desirable.
