Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join the NBC Bank team at the Mnazi Mmoja branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling bank products, particularly savings products, to customers based on their needs. This role involves identifying new customers, converting opportunities into sales, and planning and conducting sales meetings to achieve set targets. The DSA will ensure customers are well-served and continue using the bank’s services. Additionally, the role requires adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and reporting any suspicious behavior. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor may also be required.
Requirements
At least a secondary school education; 18 years or older; good communication skills; experience in sales and marketing; copies of academic certificates; copy of National ID (NIDA); introduction letter from your local government (Mtaa); CV (Curriculum Vitae); TIN certificate
