• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence solutions can address business challenges. • Translating business problems into structured data science problems and defining appropriate analytical approaches. • Extracting and integrating data from various organisational data sources. • Processing and preparing datasets for analysis and model development. • Conducting statistical and exploratory data analysis to generate insights. • Designing and developing machine learning models to address identified business needs. • Iterating and refining models until they deliver reliable insights or are ready for deployment into production environments. • Developing proof-of-concept prototypes to demonstrate the potential of AI solutions. • Working with software engineers to integrate and operationalise machine learning models in production systems. • Creating data visualisations and dashboards to communicate analytical insights to stakeholders. • Ensuring that data usage complies with internal data governance policies and relevant regulatory requirements. • Supervising and mentoring junior officers and providing technical guidance to the team. • Keeping abreast of developments in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to ensure the Authority remains technologically competitive. • Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education equivalent with five (5) credits including Mathematics and English; • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field;
