• Greet customers and assist with purchases • Scan items and process transactions accurately (cash, card, mobile money) • Handle refunds/exchanges according to company policy • Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked • Count cash at start/end of shifts and report discrepancies • Follow store procedures for payments, discounts, and promotions • Resolve customer questions politely and escalate issues when needed • Maintain daily transaction records as required • Assist with stock checks and basic customer service support • Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage (but not required) • Good communication and customer service skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Trustworthy and able to handle cash responsibly • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (if needed) • Basic computer/POS knowledge (training can be provided)
