• Manage inbound supply (primary & secondary), demand planning, and inventory to ensure product availability • Oversee supplier performance, contract management, and procurement processes • Lead S&OP processes and align demand, supply, and production planning • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements • Monitor supply chain critical metrics and drive corrective actions to close performance gaps • Optimize working capital, costs, and overall supply chain efficiency • Ensure seamless execution of warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed standard processes • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business and customer objectives • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field • Experience in Supply Chain or Operations • 4–6 years’ experience as a Supply Chain Manager • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes • Proven experience in cost management, planning, and procurement • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
