• Contract management. • Client liaison. • Contractor liaison. • Following Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) plan. • Managing assistant site engineers. • Project Management. • A minimum Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering is required. • Must be a fully registered and paid-up member of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ). • At least 10 years of experience in site works covering, tailings facilities, earthworks, liner and landfill designs. • Experience in Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) processes. • Must have Global Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM) knowledge. • Must have supervisory experience. • Excellent skills in technical report writing. • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Project. • Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
