We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive sales and market development for a portfolio of specialized hospital products. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital management to achieve sales targets and grow market share. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer payments. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales within the Kenyan market. Proven experience selling hospital-based or specialty pharmaceutical products. Strong network within hospitals and healthcare institutions is an added advantage. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Kenya.Key Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. Good commercial and business development skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
