Senior Data Associate - FA & HR Analytics

The Senior Data Associate will play a pivotal role in financial analysis (FA) and human resources (HR) analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Primary responsibilities include designing and maintaining data models, performing financial forecasting, and analyzing HR metrics to optimize workforce performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improving operational efficiency. Key deliverables include the development of predictive analytics tools, automation of data collection processes, and the creation of dashboards for real-time monitoring of financial and HR KPIs. The position requires a strong background in data science, proficiency in statistical analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, business-oriented insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus; Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or HR analytics; Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is an advantage; Familiarity with financial reporting standards and HR metrics.
