Administrative & Sales Assistant

The Administrative & Sales Assistant at Cake Studio Uganda will support daily operations, manage customer interactions, and assist in driving sales through both in-store and digital channels. This role requires an organized, responsive professional comfortable with both administrative tasks and customer-facing responsibilities. Key duties include managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling order records, invoices, and basic documentation, coordinating schedules for orders, deliveries, and pickups, and maintaining organized records of customers and transactions. The role also involves guiding customers through the cake ordering process, upselling products, and following up on leads to convert them into sales. Additionally, the assistant will receive and process cake orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery, track order status, and communicate updates to customers. Social media management is also a critical component, including posting content as per the content plan, responding to comments and messages, and supporting basic digital marketing activities. The assistant will further assist in improving customer experience by providing feedback on customer trends and preferences and supporting team operations where necessary.
