• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. • Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports. • Monitor financial performance, expenditure, profitability, and working capital. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory requirements. • Manage month-end and year-end accounting processes and support external audits. • Maintain effective financial controls and identify and mitigate financial risks. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent. • Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role. • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls. • Excellent analytical, organisational, communication, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
