Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual content to support Infinix Mobile Tanzania's marketing and promotional activities. Key responsibilities include designing daily social media visuals such as posters, long-form event images, and banners for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role involves creating offline Point of Sale Materials (POSM) like posters, X-stands, counter stickers, lightbox films, and other retail promotional materials. Additionally, the designer will produce large-scale Out-of-Home (OOH) creatives including city billboard ads and bus body advertisements. The position requires providing visual support for press conferences and roadshow events, including backdrop design, invitation design, and peripheral gift design. The designer will also localize and optimize general creatives from headquarters to align with Tanzanian market aesthetics, ensuring a balance between brand tone and local market appeal. Strong aesthetic ability, including a keen sense of color and layout, is essential. Fluency in both English and Swahili writing is required. The role demands the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced mobile phone industry while delivering high-quality work on time. Bonus skills include proficiency in basic video editing (Premiere/After Effects) or 3D rendering, commercial photography or advanced retouching capabilities, and familiarity with printing processes and materials to interface directly with local suppliers.

1-3 years or more of relevant work experience; preference given to candidates with background in mobile communications, FMCG, or advertising companies; fluent English and Swahili writing proficiency; keen sense of color and layout; ability to balance brand tone with local market appeal; capability to deliver high-quality work under pressure; proficiency in basic video editing (Premiere/After Effects) or 3D rendering (bonus); commercial photography or advanced retouching capabilities (bonus); familiarity with printing processes and materials; ability to interface with local suppliers
