Ecosystem Development Build relationships with aggregators, traders, processors, farmer organizations, financial institutions, development partners, and investors.Develop strategic partnerships that increase voucher usage and utility.Expand the role of Grain Vouchers across storage, financing, trading, payments, and asset participation.Identify opportunities to increase liquidity and participation within the Grain Voucher ecosystem. Integration of Services Bennu will establish partnerships with financial institutions, insurance providers, and other financial service partners to expand the utility of Grain Vouchers and increase value for platform users. Integrated financial products will enable farmers and agribusinesses to access services linked directly to their agricultural assets, including: Working capital and inventory-backed loans.Crop, weather, and asset insurance products.Savings and wealth-building solutions.Input financing and seasonal credit facilities.Digital payment and settlement services. These partnerships will strengthen customer adoption, improve financial inclusion, and enhance the role of Grain Vouchers as a trusted agricultural financial asset. Business Operations Ensure smooth execution of voucher issuance, transfer, redemption, settlement, and customer support processes.Monitor operational performance and service levels.Develop scalable systems and operating procedures to support rapid growth.Coordinate with finance, operations, technology, and risk teams to ensure operational excellence.Maintain customer trust through strong execution and operational integrity.
