We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Programs Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Support the planning and implementation of programs and projects. Coordinate program activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders. Maintain program trackers, work plans, and implementation schedules. Prepare program reports, updates, and presentations. Identify program gaps, risks, and challenges and recommend solutions. Track action points and follow up on program deliverables. Maintain accurate program records and documentation. Qualifications B.Sc/M.Sc. in Project Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. 2-4 years' experience in program coordination, project management, community development, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools. Nonprofit, development, or social impact experience is an added advantage. Application Closing Date Not Specified.
