Job Description
Maka is seeking dedicated Revenue Collection Attendants to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect revenue from customers, ensuring accurate recording and timely submission of all collected funds. Attendants will interact directly with customers, providing excellent service while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies. Duties include handling cash transactions, issuing receipts, reconciling daily collections, and reporting discrepancies to management. The role requires a strong understanding of financial transactions, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain confidentiality regarding financial data and customer information. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical conduct in financial operations.
Requirements
Form Four Certificate (Certificate of Secondary Education Examination - CSEE) or equivalent; Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping; Proficiency in Swahili and English (written and spoken); Strong numerical and communication skills; Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision; Prior experience in cash handling or customer service is an added advantage; Valid driving license and ability to travel within assigned areas may be required; Willingness to work in rural or urban locations across Tanzania.
