Job Description

The FSMS/HACCP Certification Officer will conduct certification audits for management systems, including surveillance audits, and handle complaints related to service and certified clients. The role involves participating in system development, maintenance, and improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include training, auditing, and participation in technical committees. The officer will also be responsible for reporting HACCP/FSMS activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This position reports to the Director of Systems Certification Unit and requires a strong understanding of food safety management systems and HACCP principles.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology; OR Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology; OR Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences; OR Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management Systems; OR Bachelor's Degree in Catering; OR Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture; No prior work experience required.
