Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking a competent, committed, and people-oriented Human Resource Officer to join their team. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.Coordinate staff onboarding and ensure new employees complete the required documentation.Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leave, and absenteeism records.Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.Assist with payroll preparation and provide accurate staff information when required.Handle employee complaints, concerns, and general employee relations matters.Support management in handling disciplinary and performance-related matters.Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.Perform other HR duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.CHRP certification is an added advantage.Previous experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.Good knowledge of HR administration and employee relations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.Commitment to professionalism and people-centered HR practices.
