Procurement and Supply Chain Officer

The Procurement and Supply Chain Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing procurement and supply chain activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and efficient acquisition and distribution of goods and services while complying with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating stock replenishment, and ensuring smooth transportation and delivery of materials. The role involves close collaboration with finance, warehouse, and other departments to maintain seamless supply chain operations. The position requires strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent organizational and planning skills, and attention to detail to ensure compliance with ethical conduct and relevant regulations.

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Economics, Accounting, Management or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, and supply chain operations; Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems is an advantage; Integrity and ethical conduct; Excellent organizational and planning skills; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Teamwork and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail
