Face to Face Fundraising Coordinator - Glasgow

This role provides operational, administrative, and on-site support to the Glasgow Face-to-Face fundraising programme, contributing to the effective delivery and growth of MSF UK’s regular giving income. The coordinator will support the Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager with day-to-day operations, including rota planning, timesheet administration, team documentation, compliance processes, and coordination of fundraising activities. The role involves working alongside fundraisers in the field to maintain high standards of performance, supporter engagement, and compliance. Additionally, the coordinator supports recruitment, shortlisting, onboarding, and training activities, ensuring new and existing fundraisers have the resources and both administrative and coaching support needed to perform effectively. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies, site brokers, and venue contacts, is essential to support the smooth operation of the fundraising programme.

Substantial experience in fundraising, team leading, or coaching in a Face-to-Face (F2F) fundraising context; excellent knowledge of F2F fundraising techniques and best practices; excellent working knowledge of Private Sites fundraising; excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build collaborative relationships, rapport with supporters, and work within a team environment; excellent administration skills with the ability to complete work efficiently and accurately; ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively; excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate MSF’s work, carry out presentations, and produce written documents to a high standard; proven ability to work independently within a team environment; flexibility to take on other related tasks combined with a willingness to learn; fluency in written and spoken English; commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières; ability and flexibility to travel in Scotland and the UK.
