Finance/Service Head

Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including financial planning, budgeting, strategy formulation, and statutory reporting. Manage liquidity and capital adequacy to ensure institutional stability. Coordinate internal and external financial audits to maintain transparency and compliance. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and prudential standards, particularly IFRS 9 and prudential regulatory reporting. Lead the finance department with a focus on asset-liability management (ALM), treasury operations, liquidity management, and tax optimization. Drive financial performance while fostering innovation in inclusive and sustainable financial services.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance; 5+ years of experience in banking or microfinance institutions; 2+ years as a Head Office Senior Accountant or 3+ years as a director in a related institution; strong knowledge of IFRS 9 standards; experience in asset-liability management, treasury operations, liquidity management, and tax management; proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
