Excel Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled Excel Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and financial models to support business decision-making. Key responsibilities include data analysis, creating pivot tables, writing advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.), and automating repetitive tasks using VBA macros. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and data integrity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, interpret data trends, and present actionable insights through visually compelling reports. Proficiency in Excel is non-negotiable, and experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and SQL is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in Excel-based data analysis or financial modeling; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA macros); Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling; Experience in financial reporting or budgeting is a plus.
