ā¢ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized university in Kenya or equivalent ā¢ Registration with the KMPDC. ā¢ Valid Practicing License for the current year. ā¢ Post-internship ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical practice in a busy hospital setting (mission, private, or level 4/5 public hospital). ā¢ ACLS/BLS certification (valid). ATLS is an added advantage. ā¢ Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
