Brand & Events Manager

To design and execute experiential offline marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store events that build high brand equity and drive foot traffic to E-Store retail locations. The role involves formulating annual offline marketing budgets, brand architectures, and promotion timelines as part of Campaign Strategy. Responsibilities include planning and executing store grand openings, holiday activations, and multi-brand tech product launches. The position requires managing relationships with fabrication vendors, agencies, and promoters, as well as deploying below-the-line (BTL) marketing assets such as flyers, billboards, and pop-up retail experiences. Additionally, the role involves coordinating joint marketing initiatives with external brand representatives from companies like Samsung, LG, and Beko. The Brand & Events Manager will analyze foot-traffic increments and sales uplift following major event executions to measure ROI.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, event planning, or experiential marketing; strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously; proficiency in vendor management and negotiation; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in BTL marketing and promotional activations; familiarity with retail environments and consumer electronics is an advantage; ability to analyze data and generate reports on event performance.
