• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned to the Group’s strategic priorities and business objectives. • Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the Strategist, Managing Director, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. • Support strategic planning through financial modelling, forecasting, business analysis, and scenario planning. • Evaluate the financial implications of strategic initiatives, investments, expansion opportunities, and major business decisions. • Provide oversight of the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. • Oversee capital and operating expenditure (CAPEX/OPEX) planning, modelling, and monitoring, including financial evaluation of capital-intensive projects, investment opportunities, and business cases. • Establish and maintain an effective financial control environment across the Group. • Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of financial policies, procedures, and control frameworks. • Oversee identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks. • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate, timely, and reliable financial and management reports. • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards and applicable statutory requirements. • Review financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Ensure availability of quality financial information to support Executive Management and Board oversight • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field; • Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in finance, financial planning, management reporting, financial controls, corporate performance management, or related fields and At least five (5) years in a senior leadership role;
