• Review project plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. • Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff. • Monitor project progress, prepare internal and external reports, and manage risks. • Ensure all on-site activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. • Must hold a valid practicing certificate and current membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ). (Proof required). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, energy, or infrastructure sector. • PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage. • Detailed, signed CV, certified copies of academic certificates, EIZ registration certificate and practicing license, and copy of NRC/Passport must be attached. • Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule. • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for site teams. • Conduct quality assurance inspections and resolve on-site technical faults. • Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently. • Prepare daily site reports and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.
