In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our digital health solutions, raising awareness about our products, and driving user adoption across Africa. You will work closely with our product, sales, and communications teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our mission of making quality healthcare accessible to all. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Afebrile’s digital health solutions, including telemedicine platforms, diagnostic tools, and other healthcare technologies. - Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials to engage target audiences. - Manage and grow our online presence through social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels. - Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute demand-generation campaigns, including webinars, events, and partnerships with healthcare organizations. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the African digital health space, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies. - Work with the product team to gather customer feedback and insights to refine marketing messaging and improve product positioning. - Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations, to showcase Afebrile’s impact and success stories. - Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies. - Represent Afebrile at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build partnerships and raise awareness about our solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the digital health sector to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and compliant. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in healthcare or technology is a plus. - Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or social impact sectors. - Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences. - Experience managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving health outcomes in Africa. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms. - Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, events, or field visits. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a startup or mission-driven organization. - Knowledge of the African healthcare landscape and digital health trends. - Graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Fluency in multiple languages spoken in Africa is an advantage.
