Senior Audit Follow Up And Analysis Officer

The Senior Audit Follow-up and Analysis Officer is responsible for monitoring audit findings, analyzing audit reports, following up on corrective actions, and ensuring timely implementation of recommendations. The role supports effective internal control systems by reviewing audit outcomes, preparing analysis reports, and coordinating with relevant departments to improve compliance and operational performance. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying risks, tracking progress on audit recommendations, and providing actionable insights to senior management. The officer will work closely with internal audit teams, department heads, and external auditors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields; Four (4) years of relevant work experience; At least two (2) years of experience in auditing areas; IFB Training Certification is advantageous; Strong knowledge of audit procedures, follow-up processes, and internal control systems; Ability to analyze audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; Good communication and coordination skills; Ability to work with different departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
