Qualifications Previous leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams.Experience overseeing analysts, QA teams, reporting developers, or other technical professionals.Strong understanding of enterprise technology projects and system implementations.Experience working with data, business intelligence, analytics, or technical analysis teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting business needs.Experience with ERP systems, enterprise applications, or large-scale technology initiatives is preferred.Bachelor's degree and certifications are not required.
