• Design, coordinate, and evaluate grassroots and competitive sports programs. • Organize events, clinics, and tournaments to promote physical activity and talent identification. • Support pathways for athlete progression from beginner to elite levels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clubs, coaches, parents, and governing bodies. • Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners • Provide resources and support for continuing education in coaching best practices. • Track program outcomes, participation data, and provide regular progress reports. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and inclusivity standards. • Develop promotional materials and use digital platforms to increase program visibility. • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in sports development, coaching, or community recreation. • Knowledge of national and regional sports structures and policies. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with sports management platforms is a plus.
