Job Description
Provide professional accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation, to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations. The Senior Accountant will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. This role involves managing a team of junior accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and collaborating with external auditors during financial audits. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role; Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books); Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
